Our Story
Birhan Cosmetics PLC was founded on 24/04/2002 E.C. by two partners with a total capital of Birr 1,000,000.00 (ONE MILLION BIRR) by aiming to be the best personal care manufacturer in Ethiopia. The company was founded mainly for the following commercial activities.
- Production and wholesale and retail distribution of Cosmetics both hair foods and skin cares.
- Trading Cosmetics Machineries sourced both from local and overseas
- Trading Cosmetics Raw materials AND plastic raw materials sourced both from local and overseas
- Wholesale and retail trade activities in related products (Perfumes, Vaseline etc.)
However, the total number of Shares and Capital of the Company is gradually increasing where currently the total number of shares of the company is increased to 15,000. Accordingly the total capital of the Company has also increased to Birr 15,000,000.00 (FIFTEEN MILLION BIRR).

The company has various product lines that produce wide range of personal care products. In order to expand our market share, in the near future we will introduce new categories by BLT brand.
